The pool made of concrete is definitely the most widely used method even today, this type allows you to make pools with any kind of shape, size and height.
In any case, a plan issued by a licensed technician is needed in which the thicknesses, iron reinforcements and elevations are highlighted.
To build this type of swimming pool, an in-ground technical room and an equalizing tank, preferably made of concrete with PVC lining, is required.
Both the technical compartment and the clearing tank will need to have easy and safe access, as they need to be accessed frequently during the opening of the pool.
This pool features an overflow gutter that runs around the entire perimeter of the pool: the water passes through the slit, is conveyed into the gutter and consequently into the PVC piping below, until it arrives at an incline inside the clearing pool.
From here it is drawn in and filtered by the system and fed back into the tank through the inlet vents.
Ideal for pools installed in flat terrain with the water surface immediately below the solarium floor,
dirt (insects and leaves) will not remain floating on the surface, but will be immediately moved to the gutter,
leaving the water surface always perfect.
This type of pool allows the widest choice of interior lining:
- PVC Liner
- Tiles
- Mosaic
- Stone, slate or similar
- Plaster or waterproofing mortar
E of overflow:
- With plastic, travertine or ceramic grating
- With slit
